My Personal Review
This is one of my favorite weight loss pills and I feel like I have tried them all. I probably have not tried them all but it sure feels like I have. I really like this one because it is easy to remember to take 1 a day everyday in the morning. I take mine after I eat a granola bar or something small so it does not irritate my belly. Another thing I like about these is that is has a few different pills all combined together and I only take 1 pill. One xs does suppress my appetite and greatly reduces my problem of snacking. I get a burst of energy from this pill so as with almost any weight loss supplement do not take at night.
